[user submitted] The old adobe structure that currently serves as the Westmorland Police Headquarters and City Hall has been in existence since the early 1940’s. The building was once a jail, and court house. Many inmates were once housed within the building. There have been some disem-bodied voices captured on audio recordings and some foot steps are also heard late at night.
