There has been sightings on Hollister St in south San Diego, CA (right between the trolley and the golf range) of a man in a wheelchair he sits in the middle of the street at night is the only time he’s been seen. As soon as you swerve to avoid hitting him he’s gone. I REFUSE TO EVEN DRIVE DOWN THE STREET AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF WHAT i’VE SEEN.
